1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
To initiate a return, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
5. Damaged Deliveries
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Replacement Policy
Eligible damaged or defective products may be replaced subject to stock availability.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by Jazkaa Luxe.
